Welcome to Tamarindo. This Registration & Marketing Consent applies when you create an account. It supplements the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. It does not authorize a credit inquiry, financing application, or Consumer Report.
Registration Consent
By creating an account, you authorize Tamarindo to collect, store, process, and use the information you voluntarily provide to establish and administer your account, provide the Services, facilitate future financing opportunities you request, improve the Platform, perform analytics, prevent fraud, verify identity, satisfy legal obligations, and operate our business as described in the Privacy Policy.
No Consumer Report
Creating an account does not authorize Tamarindo or any Financing Partner to obtain a Consumer Report. If you later request financing or leasing, you will receive a separate Consumer Credit Report Authorization before any Consumer Report is requested.
Confidentiality
Your Personal Information will be handled using commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. Access is limited to personnel, affiliates, contractors, and service providers with a legitimate business need and appropriate confidentiality obligations.
Analytics
Tamarindo may use aggregated or de-identified information for analytics, product development, benchmarking, fraud prevention, service improvements, and other lawful business purposes.
Marketing Preferences
Marketing communications are optional. Operational and legal communications relating to your account are not.
Electronic Communications
You agree that Tamarindo may communicate with you electronically regarding your account, security, verification, customer support, applications, legal notices, and other operational matters.
User Certifications
You certify that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you are authorized to create the account, and that you have reviewed the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
